| The Geographical Information Center (GIC) received a sustainability grant from the university to compile two California maps with an emphasis on agriculture and water. |

| This project takes our Central Valley agricultural map to the next level. California Department of Water Resources State Wide Planning and Land Use program provided digital land use and crop information which was used to make a map measuring 70"x 90". A second map used USGS digital elevation data and USDA CalWater hydrology files to highlight California water. |
